How do I return an item?
Enclosed in you package you will find a form that will give you all the information you need. The cost for the return will be at you expense. You can return a product that is unused and undamaged with in 14 days.

How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will vary from country to country:
Sweden: 70 SEK
Denmark: 120 DKK
Norway: 160 SEK
Finland: 16 EUR
Germany: 16 EUR
Other european country: 18 EUR
Where do I collect my package?
Within Sweden we ship with DHL and all other countries with PNL. Your package will be delivered to the closest pick-up service point to your home.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order you have to contact us. Prefrebly by phone. We can cancel the order as long as it hasn't left the wear house. If it has been shipt you will have to return it yourself.

Do I have to sign up as a member in order to shop at Hunkydory online store?
No, you do not have to register as a member. However members will recievie speciall offers etc.
Why should I sign up as a member?
As a member of Hunkydory Online Store you will always get the latest info first, you will receive special offers from time to time. We will run campaigns that will apply only for members. As a meber you will aslo get your own page where you can see all your orders.
